All products are subject to availability and acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to change all or some of the contents or packaging with an item of equal value without notice.
Colours and Flowers?
Your colour choice may not always be available, however we do endeavour to get a colour as close as possible to your preference.
Please be aware that flowers are seasonal and some flower varieties may not always be available, (especially at short notice - some special order flowers may need to be pre-ordered up to 10 days) a suitable substitute may be used without notification.
NOTE: Some flowers or parts of flowers may be harmful to animals or humans if eaten and / or may cause some skin irritation if handled. - Any dangerous packaging (eg.plastic) should be disposed of properly.
What about delivery?
Delivery cost is in addition to the flower price, unless clearly stated.
Time of delivery is not guaranteed (Funeral Services excepted). Flowers will be delivered as close as possible to the requested time.
What happens if no-one is home?
If no-one is available to accept delivery of the flowers, then generally they will be left (in water if necessary) in a safe area, and a notice of delivery will be place in the letterbox.
Payment
All products a required to be paid prior to delivery.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
